1. What is Medikonda Tribe?
Medikonda Tribe is a US based supplier of premium ethnobotanical ingredients, ethically sourced from indigenous regions and trusted growers around the world. We offer high-quality botanicals for educational, ceremonial, and research use.
2. Are your products safe for human consumption?
Unless specifically labeled as food-grade, our products are not intended for human consumption or cosmetic use. They are offered for research, incense, or traditional ceremonial use only. Always read the product description and usage disclaimers before purchase.
3. Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship to all US states where our products are legally permitted. Some items may be restricted in specific states or regions due to local regulations.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally, subject to the laws and import regulations of the destination country.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends upon your specific location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–6 business days.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless a product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.
8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for qualified buyers with a minimum order quantity of 100 lbs per product. Please fill out our Wholesale Inquiry Form and one of our Tribe Captains will be in touch with you shortly.
9. Is it legal to buy your products?
Our products are legal to sell and possess under federal U.S. law, but it is your responsibility to check your local and state regulations before ordering. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders where the product is prohibited.

11. Do you offer subscription or loyalty programs?
